Silicone Soul (Worldwide)

Electronic music pioneers Silicone Soul are one of underground house music’s most enduring and respected acts since they emerged on Soma Records in the late 90s. 

 

2023 was another busy year for Craig Morrison, who now DJs as Silicone Soul, with intensive touring in Spain, Portugal, the UK, Germany, Belgium and Latin America, with new residencies announced in Glasgow and Bali.

 

Their influential independent label, Darkroom Dubs, reached its twentieth-anniversary and continues to be a haven for all forms of underground electronic music. 

 

They have just compiled and curated Twenty Year Weekend (Two Decades of Darkroom Dubs), a fresh 14-track collection from a global roll call of artists like Theus Mago, Phunkadelica, Günce Aci, Pvlomo, Alvaro Cabana, Nuclear Digital Transistor, Local Suicide, Undo, Silicone Soul themselves, and more who like it deep, dark and a little twisted. 

 

They finished the year in style with label parties in Berlin, Antwerp, Barcelona, Madrid, Liverpool and Glasgow, with a Latin American tour planned for early 2024.
